I developed the FLOW concept because, as a busy mom of three, I was tired of feeling scattered or thinking that one bubble bath a week would bring me peace and rejuvenation. So, what is FLOW?

Your coaching package includes…
1 x questionnaire so you share what is and isn’t working with your self-care practices right now.
1 x 60 minute 1:1 session via Google Meet so you can create a personalized sustainable self-care practice using my FLOW concept.
First, we will review your questionnaire. Then, we will work through a few fun and intuitive FLOW exercises. You will walk away with concrete and creative ideas. No overly-complicated-anything!
1 x60-minute follow-up so you can share your progress and we can discuss how you’re feeling and make any adjustments.
1 x F.L.O.W. workbook so you can journal, create, and develop a FLOW rhythm that works for you.
E-mail support (9 am-5 pm EST, M-F) between the first and second sessions.
